Looking at Dr. Ellis' Ultimate Diet Solution
We've heard a lot about dieting from the women, but there isn't much being said from a male perspective these days. Dr. Ellis has a very different point of view about weight loss and weight control, and it is worth taking a look at. He's gone through a significant life journey to learn about what kinds of things work and what don't, often using his own body as a test bed in ways that we'd be unlikely to want to subject ourselves to testing. That's probably the PhD inquisitiveness in him coming out. Let's take advantage of that experiential knowledge as well as the classroom practicum he went through to get himself certified as a nutritionist. Dr. Ellis devised a goal for himself that might or might not be the same as our own goals. He starts us off with walking, and moves us toward more energetic forms of exercise. There's nothing any more extreme than what we desire, but the goals can be set as far as we would like to go. As a woman, I'm somewhat less likely to take the torturous route with my body in order to whip it into condition and strip it of all fat. But the mind-set that is created by that discipline can teach me a great deal. What men can find from Dr. Ellis' book may be even greater. I know that my own husband is fascinated by the kinds of information that Dr. Ellis has put forward. Perhaps you will be too. Take a look at it and see for yourself. Perhaps Dr. Ellis' Ultimate Diet Secrets are exactly what you've been looking for! This page was last updated on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 |
