That ATM deposit will credit with Monday nights business. Most banks won't pull ATM deposits until Monday(even if it's a 7 day bank, I worked at one) The auto draft from Capital One should pay bc even though yo0ur available may not show until the count your deposit that night, deposits go in first, so the money will be available for the payment. FYI: check cut off times for your ATM. Our cutoff was 3PM, so if you went on Monday at 4 to put it in for that payment, it wouldn't be put on your account until Tuesday. This is for future reference, this payment should be fine! Even if your "available" is negative, that won't charge an OD fee, you just may not be able to make any debit purchases during the day.
