   Let me ask you this: who makes free games? Anybody who purchases the tools to do so. Who can make free levels for Little Big Planet? Anybody who purchases the game. The talent pool is functionally identical. Are all free games good? No, not all free games are good. But it is through word of mouth that quality products gain the attention of many people. Are all Little Big Planet levels good? No, but the most impressive ones are highly ranked, and are then shown to more users. Yes, most of everything is trash. But the cream rises to the top in both cases. So what is the point of differentiating between the two? You can not accept one without accepting the other.

   It is intellectually dishonest to hold such a self-contradictory belief.
