So I want to work at a bingo hall, how do you apply?

Ok so I am an avid bingo fan and I was thinking that in the near future I would want to make some quick cash by working at a bingo hall selling pull tabs and maybe even being the caller, but the problem is, I don't know how to apply. Do you just walk in there and ask for a job and they give you an application? Or do you have to be part of the organization or club that is sponsoring the bingo session? I've been trying to look online for ways to get employment at bingo halls, but nothing comes up. Also, I heard from my uncle that you have to get some kind of gamblers license to be able to work there, because of the pull tabs. Is this true? Am I even old enough to work at a bingo hall? I'm 18 and in college.

It depends on the state you are in and on the individual place..
In the state where I live, a bingo license can only be held by a non-profit organization, such as a church or volunteer fire company. As far as I know, the individual workers do not need any sort of license or permit to work a bingo game or sell pull tabs. They just need to be at least 18 years old.
I work a bingo game twice a week and I get paid. Some of the workers there are volunteers. At one time I heard that the place only hired people with some connection with the organization, which I have, but I think they have eliminated that requirement. As with any place, it's easier to get a job if you know someone there. If you want to get a job there, start talking casually to the workers and ask them some of the questions you have asked above.
