How does the owner profit from running a bingo hall?
I am in S.C. and I am wanting to open a bingo hall. But I read the laws and under the Class C license you can not pay anyone at all. How in the world am I suppose to pay for 4 runners, 2 custodians, and 2 cooks? It saids everyone should be a volunteer but I know this is B.S. Oh...because that is gambling, and setting up your own private gambling establishments is illegal.
Playing Bingo is gambling! You find lots of non-profit organizations running these nights, but they only get away with it by being non-profit! You cannot legally set up a for-profit bingo hall.
