What should we do for dinner?
Tonight it's just my brother and I in the house. Parents are out, playing Bingo. We cannot go out. No one delivers around here. I don't want to do anything frozen or fast (Ramen noddles).
So, any suggestions on what we could do for dinner?
There's plenty of stuff in the house. And what we don't have I can substitute. Would take far too long to post everything we have.
Quesadillas. All you need are corn or flour tortillas and cheese. Melt sliced cheese on 1 tortilla in a pan or skillet. Place the other on top and flip over to other side to avoid burning . Cut into wedges and enjoy. If you have any cooked left over chicken you can slice it up and put it in there as well. Good Luck, hope this helps.
