    You are probably reading this wrong-most online casinos that give bonuses have rules that you must wager a certain amount before cashing the bonus out-this does not affect your original deposit that you can wager with and cash out any time you wish.

    Your part-time job cannot be included unless you have been employed at a minimum of 2 years at the part-time wage.

    Your boyfriend must be able to demonstrate TAX RETURNS to show the $24K a year…if he works "under the table" you cannot use his income.

    The only exception with your boyfriend is if his credit is strong enough to do stated income…the rates are much higher now b/c of the risk factor than they were before.

    Remember that a stated-income loan is not stated-job…he would have to show a business license to prove he has had a business for a minimum of 2 years to use his job at all…and they WILL call the city to verify it.

    If you cannot meet these requirements, then chances are slim to none that you can qualify for a loan.

    I would also highly recommend getting married first before you "play house". Marriage brings LEGAL protections that you simply do not have as a non-married couple. No way would I purchase something as significant as a home with a live-in.
