Info Regarding ownership of online gaming/bingo site.?


I'd very much appreciate any up to date info that is available. I reside in Ontario Canada.and would like to know the legalities.and/or experiences of any one who may have owned or operated an online gaming/bingo site. Many thanks.I have done a fair bit of resourcing and have asked around but no one i have spoken with seems to exactly what the laws of Ontario would be regarding such a venture, or if in fact such a venture is yet legal in this jurisdiction.

well I'm in the US so I can't speak for Canada.

1) if there's no gambling there's no problem.

2) Gambling sites outside the US are now subject to much more regulation when dealing with US customers (thanks to the dept of homeland security). I don't think you can even legally host such a site in the US. Canada you may be able to but I guarantee it requires several licenses which costs thousands of dollars. Opening an online casino is subject to regulations and audits similar to a regular casino. IDK Canadian law that well so I won't get into it any more than that.

    I would not expect too much for incomplete sets,as full-up
    monopoly games from the 50s e.g. rarely make $15 bucks on ebay.
    The Game Collection seems most promising – maybe 50-70 bucks,
    acceptable condition presumed. Chinker Chek and Thorobred each
    about half of that, after all. Thimk a bit more again, if you're lucky. ~*~
