Denver's homeless get free haircuts to look good for Obama and his Democrats?
Denver, worried about the impression that visitors to the Democratic National Convention would get next week, were planning to hide the estimated 4,000 homeless people who hang around the city's downtown area.
They arranged for free movie passes and bingo games, free tickets to the zoo to get them off the street.
Now comes word that Denver is even spiffing up the coiffures of its homeless. They're giving free haircuts to the homeless this week in preparation for Obama annoucing his running mate.

Hey, I live in St.Paul and there is a homeless shelter within 2 blocks of the Xcel center where the RNC is to be held, so far the only thing we've heard is that members of the Republican party will be going over to the Dorthy Day center to help serve meals to the many citizens who use this facility. So far the only concern up here is the influx of Marchon/SDS people who plan to disrupt our city..
