When is a bingo game closed? Before or after announced winners have numbers checked?

I agree with Ranger. If someone has a slight delay in calling "Bingo", they shouldn't be penalized unless you state it ahead of time. If you really want the game closed BEFORE the numbers are checked, there should be a "last chance" warning announcement. Something like, "Before we check these numbers, is there ANYONE else that has a Bingo?"

Otherwise you're going to be asking for trouble.

To be safe, only consider the game closed AFTER the numbers have been checked. In the meantime, if anyone else calls "Bingo", let them have the same chance as anyone else.
